Remember our Kover me Kindly Kimonos? Made by our lovely women at our womanβs empowerment centre in India? Well, women like Rita, Parveen and Mumta create our beautiful sari scrunchies out of the same recycled material that we use for our Kimonos to ensure that all of the fabric is used, and that waste is prevented. The sari scrunchie is the perfect addition to your Kimono to add some more sparkle and colour to both your outfit and your hair.

Monday
For Day 1 Katie went for a classic low ponytail, she had a busy day running around doing errands and needed to keep her hair tidy and out of her face. The scrunchie held her hair in place all day, without a retouch needed, and even managed to stay in place for her evening at the gym!
Tuesday
Tuesday bought a day of glorious weather β perfect for a day spent working from home. With meetings she needed to hop in and out of throughout the day Katie needed a hairstyle that would be smart enough that she would look presentable on the phone but also something that kept her hair up and away from her face in the heat! She opted for this gorgeous French braid that we love!
Wednesday
Another beautiful day means another updoβ¦We told Katie that she could not repeat any of the styles twice within the week so she decided to go for a high ponytail to show off her scrunchie β you can decide if that counts as cheating or not! Katie had a yoga class in the morning so she needed a hairstyle that would be practical for her class and manage her hair while she was practicing but she also needed something that would look pretty for when she went out for drinks with her friends in the evening, we think it matches her top perfectly and made an amazing addition to her outfit.
Thursday
Fresh hair calls for a half-up, half-down hairstyle! Katie pulled back the front of her hair into a half-up ponytail for Thursdayβs look to keep the front parts neat and tidy but to still incorporate her scrunchie even when her hair is worn down. We love how the green looks against her hair colour! But remember, if green isnβt your favourite colour, we have so many colour ways available for purchase on our site. Friday
Katie loved her half-up half-down look so much on Thursday that she decided to adapt it and wear it another way on Friday. Instead of pulling the fronts of her hair back to make a simple ponytail she twisted the sides to create a pretty twist into a ponytail. We love this idea and think it is a clever way to add to hairstyles you already love! We think creating a full ponytail or bun at the bottom of this twist, fastened with our sari scrunchie of course, would also make another fun hairstyle inspired by this look.
