Customs & Import
We can’t be held responsible for any customs or import fees your country could charge. We do declare the cost, weight and description of the contents on our end at the time of dispatch to help ensure customs clearance but sometimes fees may still apply. Due to Brexit, customs and import fees may now apply to EU countries too.
Tracking my Order
You will receive an email with how you can track your order. Depending on the country (check above table for your country) this will be through DPD or Royal Mail.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love our products as much we love making them! But if it’s a no-no from you here is how to return or exchange!
In the unlikely case you aren’t happy with our products – don’t sweat it!
We fully refund all returns (with no damage) within 28 days of receiving products except on underwear & scrunchies due to hygiene reasons.
Here’s how:
- Please drop us an email to info@trykindclothing.com with the subject RETURN.
- We will send a FREE postage label which you can send at your nearest post office and MAKE SURE to get proof of postage in case of any issues.
- Send in the same package if possible to save waste!
- Don’t worry, be happy! That is all. Sit back and know we will handle the rest from here. It can take up to 14 days to be processed so bare with us.
If you need to exchange – don’t sweat that either! You can exchange any item like-for-like (colour/style) as long as there is no damage or it isn’t underwear or a sari scrunchie (for hygeine reasons).

Yes, you can – as long as fits with our return policy stated above!
We will refund you as long as it fits with our return police above. OR – you totally have the option to make it work (upcycle), swap shop it with friends and show us your creative fixes on our insta! WE <3 this!
Right now – that’s a no. We are a small start-up so give us a chance to grow and we’d like to change this to a yes. Hang with us on this!
*Please note we have the right to refuse a refund if the item in an unsatisfactory condition. Returns need to be made unwashed, unworn and with their original tags.
*Underwear, sari scrunchies cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
