When will I get my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

What is your Returns Policy and how do I return?
We hope you love your TryKind pieces. If for any reason you're not completely happy, you can return eligible items within our returns period, provided they are unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with tags attached.
Due to hygiene reasons, underwear can only be returned if it is faulty or remains unopened in its original packaging.
To start a return, simply contact our customer care team with your order number (info@trykindclothing.com), and we'll guide you through the process.
How do I choose the right size?

How should I care for my TryKind Ayurvastra pieces?
Our Ayurvastra garments are naturally treated using traditional Ayurvedic processes, so a little extra care helps preserve their benefits.
We recommend:
- Washing on a gentle cycle at 30°C or below.
- Using a mild, natural detergent.
- Avoiding bleach, fabric softeners and harsh chemicals.
- Air drying away from direct sunlight or sunrays to avoid bleaching of colours.
- Low tumble drying to help maintain the fabric's softness and longevity.

What materials are your products made from?
Our collections are made using carefully selected GOTs-certified organic cotton that feels beautifully soft against the skin while being kinder
to the planet.
Most importantly, we use our signature Ayurvastra fabrics, which are traditionally infused with botanical Ayurvedic herbs using an ancient, chemical-free process that benefits your intimate health, breast health and skin health.
We prioritise breathable, durable materials that support everyday comfort while reducing environmental impact because clothing is skincare.
Why choose organic underwear and loungewear?
Our skin is our largest organ. The clothing you wear sits against your skin for hours every day in intimate areas.
Organic fabrics are grown without harmful pesticides and are produced using more responsible farming methods. Our dyes, fixes, finishes, and washes are all 100% natural and made with holistic plants that have benefits for our skin, intimate health, and breast health. Not only are they non-toxic, but they are an act of self-care for your body.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our fabrics are chosen with comfort in mind and are totally free from chemicals.
Ayurvastra cloth is made using traditional herbal treatments rather than synthetic chemicals, creating garments that are exceptionally gentle and breathable. From our neem blend, which is naturally anti-microbial and minimizes eczema/psoriasis/acne, to our ashwagandha blend balancing hormones and sappan bark, which soothes rashes.
While many customers with sensitive skin enjoy wearing our products, everyone's skin is unique, so we always recommend checking the product details if you have specific allergies or medical concerns.
Do your bras provide enough support?
Absolutely. Our bras are thoughtfully designed to offer gentle, everyday support without compromising on comfort or harm to the body (zero wires)!
Rather than restrictive construction, we focus on soft, supportive designs that move naturally with your body, making them ideal for daily wear. We also have bras that have adjustments like our ‘lavanya’ style, where you can cross the straps at the back for extra support.

We currently ship throughout the UK, with international shipping available to selected countries.

How do I know this isn’t greenwashed & are they certified?
We are radically transparent, from ingredients labels in our clothes to knowing each garment worker by name.
We're committed to using responsibly sourced materials, ethical manufacturing partners, and thoughtful production practices. All of our products use GOTS-certified organic cotton and are made in a SEDEX-audited and approved factory with OEKO-TEX standards.
Our Ayurvastra fabrics are produced using traditional ayurvedic dyeing methods of over 5000 year old practices, empowering artisans, ayurvedic doctors, and Adivasi indigenous farmers’ livelihoods.
